If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days from the date you received the item. The item must be in its original condition/packaging. This means that if you place an order and you are not satisfied by the product received, we give you the possibility to return it – the customer would pay the return shipping fees and we shall issue you a refund for the value of the item that you are returning. This will give you the opportunity to choose a different format, size or another artwork. We can only accept the return of opened items if there are faults in production and manufacturing and not a change of mind.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Items returned because they are defective, damaged or incorrect we will either replace the item, subject to availability, or make a full refund.
Please note, we do not offer refunds on custom pieces or any of the Limited Editions.
Please note, all refunds will be calculated as the original purchase price paid less the sum of the postage and packaging cost of the original shipping cost and return shipping costs for re-delivery back to our warehouse.
Refunds are normally processed within four weeks of the package being returned to our workshop in Dubai. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the items to you and pay your costs for returning it to us.
We will check all items returned to us as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

When ordering goods from www.g-1.com for delivery outside of the UAE where our production and framing centers are located, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from www.g-1.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like inform our international customers that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
DELIVERY RATES & DELIVERY POLICY
All shipping and delivery charges are based on distribution located in Dubai, UAE. Please note that multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

We takes care to pack all items securely. Should an item arrive damaged due to the failure of packaging or the mishandling by our logistics partner, you should write to us requesting a replacement and submit pictures of the damage. We will replace the item once the original item has been returned to the appropriate Production Framing Centre.
We work hard to get your order to you as soon as possible. Most orders ship within seven (7) business days from receipt of order and payment confirmation. Standard ground shipping takes 3-7 business days to arrive. Please note that weather, peak shopping seasons and public holidays can all delay the shipment of your order.
All artwork must be signed for on arrival. On arrival the item should be checked to ensure it is delivered in good condition. If the item is not in perfect condition please do not accept receipt of the item and it will be sent back to our Production Framing Centre. If an item is subsequently found to be damaged though the customer has signed for it we may assume that the damage has been caused after delivery and we will not accept returns on damaged items.
TRACKING AND ORDER
Parcel tracking numbers will be sent to you via email. If you do not receive a tracking number please email us with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you you’re tracking number
Normally, our logistics partners will arrange a suitable time for drop off in advance. If, for some reason, the parcel cannot be signed for, our logistics partner will leave a card to contact the local distribution centre. The onus is on the customer to contact the logistics company to arrange delivery. The logistics company will keep the item for 14 days whereupon they will return the item to our Production Framing Centre.
THE RETURN COSTS AND COST FOR RE-DELIVERY WILL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES.
